2011 SEMA: Ron Fellows Discusses Tribute Corvette

One of the custom Corvettes that came to this year’s 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas had the name of a motorsport legend on it, and at its unveiling under the Nevada san, Ron Fellows was there to greet the cameras and talk about the Z06 ‘Hall of Fame’ Tribute, which pays homage to the accomplished racing driver with the historic Chevrolet Corvette C5.R C6.R teams.
As you can seem the car features a red paintjob, Z06 Performance Package (Z07), Magnetic Selective Ride Control, CFZ carbon fiber package with splitter and rocker moldings, Carbon fiber raised hood, Black headlamp housings and mirrors, Red brake calipers, Ebony interior with red stitching, Suede-trimmed steering wheel, shift knob, parking brake handle and armrests with red stitching (from the 2012 Centennial package).

Ron say there is plenty of demand to be seen at 2011 SEMA, so GM just might put this one into production.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
