Scion has brought this year’s SEMA heroes to light up the Detroit Auto Show fire. One of the wildest creatures that lies at the company’s booth is the Squid by the Salty Dogs (based on the xB).
The vehicle comes dressed in a wild theme that really makes sense... if you're high (on emotions), which has been created by c & G Customs, wears and Extreme Dimensions GT Series full body kit and uses one-off headlights, red and green LEDs for the side mirrors, as well as shaved rear windows and added port holes with custom glass.
The interior takes you into a world of strong feelings and emotions, being gifted with a Clazzio Black Leather and Suede Seat covers, Car Mate Japan VIP side tables, a custom suede headliner, a one-off middle console. Let’s not forget that all the plastics are dyed black and that the passengers can enjoy red and green lighting provided by a set of LEDs.
The project has a interesting connection to the road, as it uses custom rims and suspension parts. The vehicle rides on TSW Cadwell rims that come in a 19-inch size and are finished to match the exterior paint scheme, using Falken FK 452 Tires (215/35 for the front axle and 225/35 for the rear one). As for the suspension, this uses Tein Basic coilovers.
But wait... you havent’ heard it all. The vehicle also takes the concept of entertainment to new heights, as it brings an explosion of sound waves, also offering four Fahrenheit 7-inch monitors, a Fahrenheit DVD player and Oznium LED lighting.
