2011 Mercedes M-Klasse Grand Edition, Up for Grabs

German carmaker Daimler announced the release of the Mercedes M-Klasse Grand Edition today, a version of the premium SUV boasting several unique enhancements. With prices ranging from 48,590 to 64,590 euros, depending on the version, the Grand Edition is now available for purchase.

On the outside, the special edition boasts 19-inch light-alloy wheels in a Y-spoke design, blue-tinted thermal insulation glass, dark-tinted headlamps, LED technology and darkened taillights. On the roof, aluminum roof rails complete the look given the the SUV by the chrome package with an AMG radiator grille and underguards at the front and rear.

At the customer's request, Mercedes can provide the special edition with 20-inch bicolor light-alloy wheels and a bonnet with powerdomes.

On the interior, Mercedes Benz fitted a high-grade poplar wood trim and a black roof lining, with ambient lights highlighting the ARTICO man-made leather upholstery. AMG sports steering wheel in leather with shift paddles, sports pedals of brushed stainless steel with rubber studs and stainless steel door entry panels complete the unique feel of the special edition.

The Grand Edition is available for ML 300 CDI 4MATIC BlueEFFICIENCY, ML 350 CDI 4MATIC, ML 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC, ML 450 CDI 4MATIC, ML 350 4MATIC and ML 500 4MATIC.

In addition to the M-Klasse Grand Edition, Mercedes Benz announced the release of the newly-facelifted R-Klasse, which can be ordered for a starting price of 42,100 euros.
