2011 IPL G Coupe Priced at $47,950

The first vehicle built by the new Infiniti Performance Line division of Nissan got its price tag yesterday, in expectation of the market launch on December 10. The car will be sold in the US in two trim levels, IPL G Coupe and IPL G Coupe 6MT for $49,850 and $47,950, respectively. Powered by a 3.7l V6 engine, the car develops 348 horsepower (an increase of 18 horsepower over the G37 Coupe) and 375 Nm of torque. The performances of the vehicle have been enhanced by the addition of tweaked suspension, steering and exhaust systems. At the exterior, the model brings specially created front and rear bumpers and fascia with integrated fog lights and black finishers, sculpted side sills, rear spoiler and chrome exhaust tips. The body of the car will be painted in two colors, Graphite Shadow and Malbec Black. The interior has been treated with red-stitched leather-appointed front sport seats and steering wheel Silk Obi aluminum trim and aluminum pedals and footrest. Two colors, Graphite and Monaco Red, have been prepared for the interior as well. The IPG G Coupe comes equipped with Bose premium audio system, Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System, 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive, Infiniti Voice Recognition for audio navigation, memory system for driver's seat, RearView Monitor, Rear Sonar and moonroof. The Nissan division announced last week it will be bringing the convertible version of the G37 to the Paris Auto Show. autoevolution will be attending the 2010 Paris Auto Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
