2010 Toyota Camry Prices for the US

Toyota Motors Sales (TMS) has announced prices for its 2010 Camry mid-size sedan model. The 2010 Camry will be available at US dealers starting March 2009 and will have a price tag range from $19,395 for the Camry sedan with a new six-speed manual transmission to $29,045 for the XLE with a six-speed automatic transmission. The low emission Camry Hybrid carries a price of $26,150. These prices do not include delivery, processing and handling (DPH) fees, which amount to $720.

The 2010 XLE and LE Camry features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine equipped with variable valve timing, able of producing 169 horsepower. The new engine can be combined with a six-speed manual transmission (excluding XLE) or a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift.

For sporty performance, the SE grade gets additional tuning and 179 horsepower, 21 more than the previous four-cylinder engine. Fuel consumption is estimated at 33 mpg (7 l/100 km) highway, 22 mpg (10 l/100 km) city and 26 (9 l/100 km) mpg combined for the 2.5-liter four cylinder engine with the six-speed manual transmission.

The 3.5-liter V6 engine that puts out 268 horsepower, paired with a six -speed automatic transmission, will be available on the LE, SE and XLE versions. The 3.5-liter DOHC six-cylinder engine with dual VVT-i has estimated fuel consumption of 28 mpg (8 l/100 km) highway and 19 mpg (12l/100 km) city.

The Camry Hybrid, equipped with Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive and certified as an Advanced Technology Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (AT-PZEV) has EPA fuel economy estimates of 34 mpg (6.9 l/100 km) highway and 33 mpg (7.1 l/100 km) city.
