2010 Lexus GS 450h UK Pricing Announced

Luxury car manufacturer Lexus recently announced pricing for the revised GS 450h hybrid on the British market. The GS, powered by a combination of a 3.5-lire petrol V6 and a 650V electric motor, now comes with two equipment grades, SE and SE-L, new exterior color choices, alloy wheel designs and interior trims.

Getting straight to the point, the entry level GS 450h SE is priced at £43,035, followed by the GS 450h SE-L priced at £47,280 and then by top of the range GS 450h SE-L with ACC/PCS and sunroof for £50,185.

As for the styling, the car has a new front grille design that features a series of horizontal bars. The hybrid-blue rear lamp clusters have been modified to incorporate larger, transparent outer lenses and a new 18-inch alloy wheel design has been introduced for the SE-L model. The SE version rides on 17-inch alloys, with five-double-spoke 18-inch wheels available in a combined package with parking sensors.

Inside, there is a new hybrid-blue backlit stop/start button and the choice of a new Venaro Grey semi-aniline leather upholstery option, with contrasting black stitching and grey bird’s eye maple wood grain trim. As said, there are three new exterior colors, namely Vanilla Mist, Richmond Green and Atlantic Blue.

Safety wise, the manufacturer made some modifications in order to support the pre-crash seatbelt and brake assist functions with pre-crash brake technology. Finally, the GS 450h has a new 40GB HDD navigation system, that also provides 10GB of storage space. Two audio systems are featured in range: a 10-speaker Lexus premium package and a 14-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System giving 5.1-channel surround sound on selected CDs and DVDs.
