2010 Chevy Camaro Lingenfelter Tuning Package

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering has just announced an aftermarket package for the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro that brings five different engine trims to this popular pony car. Just to give you an idea before rushing into technical details, the top-of-the-notch version generates 800 horsepower and 800 lf-ft of torque thanks a wide array of technical modifications.

And to get straight to the point, there are five different upgrades available, bringing the overall output to 550 BHP / 550 lbs-ft of torque, 570 BHP / 570 lbs-ft of torque, 650 BHP / 600 lbs-ft of torque, 750 BHP / 685 lbs-ft of torque and the aforementioned 800 BHP / 800 lbs-ft of torque.

Here are the main modifications that raise the total output to 550 BHP / 550 lbs-ft of torque:

  • TVS2300 intercooled supercharger system- silver painted finish
  • Based on OEM Eaton supercharger unit
  • Properly sized fuel injectors
  • Fuel system upgrades
  • 160 Degree thermostat
  • Boost bypass controller
  • Lingenfelter High Flow Air Intake
  • Professional installation, testing and calibration
  • Corsa stainless steel cat back exhaust
  • Chassis dyno report before & after installation
  • Excellent drivability, highway mileage not adversely affected
  • Lingenfelter 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty
  • Lingenfelter fender badges
  • Lingenfelter certificate of authenticity

The top output is achieved with a number of engineering modifications, including ported & polished LS3 throttle body, computer balanced crankshaft & rotating assembly, Lingenfelter super high efficiency air to air charge coolers, Lingenfelter 304 Stainless steel 4 into 1 custom exhaust manifolds & turbo outlets, Lingenfelter belt driven turbocharger scavenge pump & turbo oil drain reservoir and Lingenfelter custom molded silicone air ducts.

In addition, the Indiana-based tuning house also announced a new body kit for Chevy Camaro due to be released this summer and will include front fascia and rocker extension, front splitter, grille bar insert with wire mesh texture, hood with air extractors, rear deck lip spoiler, rear fascia extension with exhaust tips and rear tail lamp panel.
