2010 Camaro Synergy Priced at $26,790

Although back in November, when the Camaro Synergy was unveiled at SEMA, some questions about it turning production version still existed, those questions have been answered yesterday by Chevrolet when it announced pricing and availability for the green Camaro.

Although it will be produced in limited numbers, the Camaro Synergy is coming this February and will retail for $26,790. The car is based on the Camaro 1LT and features a 3.6l direct injection V6 engine, developing 304 horsepower and 273 lb.-ft. of torque. The unit is mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission and returns up to 29 mpg on the highway.

Visually, the car sets itself apart thanks to the green color of the body, with the already established black racing stripes (also available in white and grey). Additionally, the American manufacturer will also provide a special body kit for the Camaro, including Ground effects kit, 21 inch wheels
with a black center finish and polished rim, Cyber Grey Rally hood stripes, high wing rear spoiler and performance air intake.

The body kit is comprised of pronounced rocker moldings, a rear diffuser-type styling piece and a front spoiler. On the interior, the Synergy theme featured on the body of the car is continued with Synergy Green accent stitching, piping and other accents, unique to this special edition.

“The Synergy Special Edition package is designed for customers who want a unique performance car at an attainable price,” Camaro marketing manager John Fitzpatrick said. “For under $27,000, Camaro Synergy Special Edition offers standout styling, modern technologies like Bluetooth, and 304 horsepower under the hood.”
