Another week another recall… well not yet, but it might be coming. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is opening an investigation into 830,000 Toyota Camry sedans, Camry Solara coupes and cabriolets and RAV4 SUVs, all built in the 2007 model year.
The safety body says it received six complaints of a fires originating in the drive side door. This is likely to be caused by a master power window switch found there that is short circuiting.

"Based on the available information, it appears the fires are originating from the power window master switch located on the driver's door," the NHTSA says.

Toyota says they have received the Preliminary Evaluation Opening Resume and will fully cooperate with the investigation.
