There's little to say after watching this short video, if anything at all. The only thing which comes to mind is the refined nuance of the "Speed kills" saying: it's not speed which kills you, but the very sudden stopping.
Now, these two mindless fellows did not die, but the day become very lousy for them. Racing and speeding like idiots on such a busy road is simply asking for something really nasty to happen.
And considering the poor braking performance of small displacement bikes, riding like a mad man in such conditions becomes extremely stupid.
And finally, one more impardonable mistake: these fellow seem like they are definitely not looking ahead of them, or at least that's how I see them braking so late. Sorry guys, you're too stupid to ride.
