2 in 1 Promotion: Buy a Luxury House in Arizona and You Get Free Bentley

Normally, supermarkets do this kind of promotions: buy whatever expensive product and you'll get a useless item for free. But this time we are not speaking about this marketing trick as a free Bentley starting at $198,000 is surely not useless to many.

In an attempt to sell two multimillion-dollar custom homes in the heart of Paradise Valley, Five Star Development will gift the buyer of either of the two homes, one listed at $4.995 million, the other at $3.995 million with a 2009 Bentley Continental GT (Grand Tourer), luxist.com (via kpho.com) reported.

The luxury vehicle is included with the purchase of one of the luxury houses.

“These are two phenomenal custom homes in Paradise Valley and we are using this promotion as an opportunity to stand out from the crowd where we are among Paradise Valley's best multi-million dollar real estate offerings," said George Hajjar of The Hajjar Group with Realty Executives who is the listing agent for the houses.

If you thought the promotion season was over, you thought wrong for the Realtor who manages to sell either of the houses will get The Breitling Bentley GT Chronograph Steel watch (for men) that retails for $7,695 or a Cartier Pasha watch (for women) that retails for $5,150.

Interested buyers must know that an open house is held two weekends in January (January 10-11 and January 17-18) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for both houses. In addition, the Bentley GT will be put on display, so potential buyers know what to expect.

So, let's recap: you purchase a 4 or 5 million dollar house and you get a $200,000 Bentley for free. Keeping in mind the credit crunch began with the purchase of homes in the US, is this a desperate gesture or just a luxury privilege?!
