Not surprisingly a lot of things on a 16 year old car are pitted and broken. But even in mint condition, there's nothing to like about the Jetta, nothing to hand down to your kids with pride. The Jetta isn't vanilla, it's the cardboard box in which you keep the vanilla.

We salute you, hipster version of the Toyota Corolla! May you take your legacy of cary ons from aunt to dram club niece into the future.

The latest Regular Car Reviews clip is great not for the things it says about Jetta, but about the equally boring Rabbit. According to this guy, there's three types of animal names for automobiles in America, and "Rabbit" doesn't fit into any category.
