1989 Ford Mustang GT Restomod Drives On Boost, Is Reasonably Priced

So when we laid eyes on this 1989 Mustang GT we were really excited to see that it uses a Precision 7675 turbo, which should get those rear wheels spinning quite easily. What made things even better was that the old, slouchy V8 powerplant has been ditched in favor of a much more modern 2nd gen Coyote unit. So if we do the math, this car might be capable of pushing more than 700 horsepower to the rear wheels.

The engine itself was built by Kurgan Motorsports, and is E85 and 93 octane compatible. A T56 6-speed transmission also fitted to the 'Stang, and a series of multiple upgrades were done to the car so that it may provide, according to the seller: "a professionally built, well-sorted car, that drives very easy on the street." The car is currently waiting for a new owner in Sherman, Texas, with a price tag of just $35,500.

This is a 32 years old Mustang, and yet it feels so refreshing to watch. A clean build, featuring a 1993 Cobra body kit, and a custom "Terminator" style hood, sitting on 18-inch Aodhan Wheels, that could easily win your heart at the first turn of the key. The interior of the car hasn't been neglected either, and it looks exactly like it had just left the factory floor, not considering the race-oriented gauges in front of you.
