Like we said before, this is the side of the American custom car scene you don’t see in the movies or video games. But high-risers are definitely here to stay and are more popular than Japanese import in some part of the country, like Georgia where this one was filmed at the Magic Mall Plaza.
We think this is the 1977 Chevy Monte Carlo, but it could also be the 76 with some small mods. This is a very popular car and a popular model year. The double square headlight replacing circular one make the Monty look clean and strong.

This bad boy rides on 32-inch DUB Bandito wheels and has a very nice pear paintjob with matching interior. As far as donks go, this is pretty classy.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
