The 1967 Impala is part of the highly successful fourth generation, which back in 1965, managed to set a new sales record with more than 1 million units shipped in the United States alone.
The ’67 model builds on the 1965 predecessor and comes with additional styling improvements and new safety features to align with federal regulations, including side marker lights, shoulder belts, and fully collapsible steering columns.

The 1967 Impala that you see here is an example that still boasts the cool factor of the iconic model. That's not just because it’s an unrestored car but also thanks to the fact that everything remains original on it, just the way Chevrolet wanted it to be 54 years ago.

And what’s more, it also comes with some barn find magic, as the car has recently been pulled from storage, all in a condition that could take some hardcore Chevy fans by surprise.

First and foremost, we’re not being provided with too many specifics on where the car was found, but eBay seller ajb50313 says it was pulled from “grandma’s barn,” and the Impala is still “solid as a rock.” Indeed, judging from the photos you can also see in the gallery here, rust shouldn’t be a concern on this classic, and both the exterior and interior seem to be in decent condition.

The paint, for example, is said to be “mostly” original, with some scratches and dents easy to notice in the images posted in the eBay listing.

The good news is the car comes with the original engine, but the bad news is that we don’t know much about it. While we’re told the car runs and drives, the powertrain is certainly one of the parts that should be inspected thoroughly by any interested buyer.

The Impala is close to going viral on eBay, as the auction has already attracted over 40 bids, with the highest at the time of writing set at $7,000. The car is parked in Iowa if anyone is interested in checking it out in person before buying.
