When you hear the words “crash” and “russia” in the same sentence, the first thing that comes to mind is a dash cam video showing some ridiculous accident involving average cars. Well, we’re here to talk about a Russian crash that is definitely special, involving a 1966 Chevrolet Malibu SS.
And while we do not have dash cam footage of the accident, we have brought along a few images that offer one a clear view on how badly the Chevy was damaged. The crash took place earlier this month in the city of Engels, with the images being posted on the Engles Life Vk page (for those unfamiliar with the matter, Vk can be described as the Russian corespondent of Facebook).
The post also includes a statement from the driver’s sister, who assures us that her brother survived the accident. She claims that he wasn’t pushing the car too hard, but the poor weather caused the car to go out of control at a certain point.
As you can see in the adjacent images, the Malibu SS had been beautifully restored, so while the driver may have escaped the accident, he is definitely feeling the pain when it comes to his ride.
