A part of the people who restore classic cars like to include modern features underneath the old bodies in order to make them perform better in the modern age. That's called restomoding.
Take this gorgeous 1964 Buick Riviera for example, that represents classic modding at its best. To emphasize the new parts from under its skin, the sleek two-door coupe was fitted with a fresh set of Modulare V15 Vintage Series. They measure 19 x 8 at the front and 20 x 9 for the back axle.

The unmistakable Riviera body shell was not shared with any other model, which was unusual for GM at that time. It was mounted on a cruciform frame and had double-wishbone suspension at the front, while the back was fitted with the classical live axle with trail arms. Also, the top model was powered by 7.0-liter (425 cu-in) Nailhead V8 engine boasting 340 hp (250 kW).
