1951 Vintage Tractor Gets F1 Makeover in Bewildering Mashup, Becomes Tracktor

Earlier today, we highlighted the difference between a wicked Photoshop job such as the one you can see above and an elaborated 3D-modeled machine.
Well, we're back in the Photo-chop arena and we're here to give you one of the most insane renderings we've ever come across. Ladies and gentlemen drivers, be prepared to meet the... Tracktor.

As its name suggests, this is a mashup involving a piece of farming equipment and a circuit-savvy beast. To be more precise, the ingredients used here are a 1951 Farmall “Super C” tractor and various Formula One car bits and pieces.

The pixel manipulation comes from Yasid Design, who has given us many stunning images in the past. And, in case you're wondering what led to such an otherworldly concept, here's the artist explaining his contraption: "A few days ago I was looking at the beginning of Lamborghini when they were into tractors, while working on some of my series, including the Mutants. Now we'll call it the Tracktor. I mean, why not. Go nuts right?"

You may not be prepared for the real world "equivalent" of this

As insane as the machine seems, we have to remind you the real world has delivered cocktails involving ingredients almost as varied as the ones used to make this rendering.

We're referring to the outlandish 1930s Ford Model A hot rod that mixes F1-style aerodynamic elements with a Honda S2000 powertrain. In fact, we don't even know what's wilder when it comes to that creature - the exterior, or the cabin, which brings together the retro styling cues and the S2K's digital dashboard - you know, the one that includes a 9,000 rpm rev counter.

The only conclusion we can draw after coming across a rendering such as the one here is that being a purist doesn't pay out nowadays, as sacrilege has become such a relative notion.
