1500 HP Bugatti Chiron Leaves Flat-Out Jaguar F-Type SVR Wishing for 925 HP More

There aren't a lot of cars out there that can claim not to be impressed by the Bugatti Chiron's 1,500 hp power output. As it happens, a few of them were sitting in the garage of the person taking delivery of their brand-new Chiron that you'll see in the video below.
That relatively small den has four Pagani Zondas squeezed in as well as a Ferrari LaFerrari and a Lamborghini Centenario. And the simple presence of the red Maranello beast means that this lucky guy owns a lot more exotic wheels then we can see here because Ferrari only sold its top-of-the-range model to loyal customers of the brand.

There isn't much room left for the Chiron, but then again we've already established that wasn't the only garage this person had because all the other cars implied by the LaFerrari had to sit somewhere as well.

In the U.S., the Chiron comes with a special bumper that's mandatory to meet the regulations. However, Bugatti has made it very easy to remove knowing every owner of its hypercar would gladly pay the fine over having to drive around with that appalling thing hanging out of the back. This video shows it's made out of carbon fiber too, which means it's not just ugly, but 100 percent useless as well.

The guy shooting this clip isn't doing too badly himself. He drives a Jaguar F-Type SVR - that's a British sports car with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine developing 575 horsepower and a lot of noise. Once the offloading of the Chiron is complete, the two leave for a bit of on the road footage together with another YouTuber in a Kia Optima.

The SVR driver feels for the guy in the Kia who can't even hope to keep up with the Bugatti and film the shots he would have wanted, but as the Chiron takes a right-hand turn, the usefulness of his Jaguar is immediately questioned as well. The hypercar floors it, which leaves the F-Pace screaming its lungs out trying and failing to keep up.

The video even has an impromptu drag race between the two cars (at around 9:15), but it's not like there was ever going to be any doubt about the outcome. Actually, we wouldn't be surprised if the Bugatti were keeping some power in reserve there.

About the 8:30 mark, a silver Tesla Model 3 makes a cameo, but our guys were too busy cursing at the Toyota Prius that got between their car and the object of their attention to notice it. Or maybe they're a just common occurrence in Orange County. And if you're not an EV fan, then you'll love the Zonda sounds toward the end of the clip.
