What do you do when you own an Audi RS4 that has been taken deep down the aftermarket hole and is now the perfect definition of a sleeper? You take the thing to a drag racing event, of course!
Well, this is precisely what brought us here today - we're talking about a B5-generation Audi S4 (think: late 90s and early 2000s), which comes in Avant form, with the wagon take only adding to the sleeper image of the machine.

The engine compartment of this once-a-family-car now accommodates a a V6 engine from the RS4 model of the same era. However, the displacement has jumped from 2.7 to 3.0 liters, while the twin-turbo setup now involves much larger units, namely Garett GT3086s.

The two modificiations mentioned above are just the tip of the iceberg, but the idea is that the driver of the contraption now gets to control north of 1,400 ponies. Of course, we're talking all-paw traction here, while it looks like the car has been gifted with a sequential transmission.

Nevertheless, as you'll get to notice in the piece of footage at the bottom of the page, putting the power down still seems to be a bit of an issue during the takeoff phase, with this probably having to do with the suspension setup.

Nevertheless, this Audi took part in a drag racing event held in its home country. We're talking about a half-mile brawl, one that saw the S4 Avant duking it out with a Porsche 911 Turbo (you can imagine the brand rivalry here).

The Turbo had also received an extensive aftermarket makeover, with this being signed by 9ff. And while I'm not sure of the supercar's newfound specs, I can tell you that 9ff kits for the 997 can easily take the rear-engined animal into the four-figure output zone, while kicking off from around 600 ponies.

Fortunately, the video below includes the maximum velocity numbers of the cars, so you'll easily be able to tell who won (you can find the drag race at the 4:40 point).
