The aficionado took the thing out to play earlier this month, with the four-digit Porscha engaging in a half-mile brawl. Nevertheless, that was just the shakedown and with the car having been dialed in, the beast was recently taken to a quarter-mile event.
The Zuffenhausen toy reached Cecil County Dragway, with the thing managing to set a new 991 world record. That's because the Porsche completed the 1,320 feet sprint in 8.9 seconds at 158 mph. Fortunately, the piece of footage documenting the adventure also takes us inside the beast, so we can get a complete taste of the action.
And it seems that the daily driver side of the supercar has been maintained, as the owner reportedly drove the car two hours to the track.
