When it comes to intense suck-squeeze-bang-blow aural experiences, there aren't many things that compare to the dB result of a vicious dyno run.
Nevertheless, when it comes to slabs of America such as Hennessey's 1,000 HP incarnation of the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, the massaged supercar's idle soundtrack easily rivals its full boost growl.

The Texas aftermarket specialist has just released a video showing its range-topping 'Vette doing its thing on the dyno and the clip allows us to sample both episodes mentioned above.

While the HPE1000 designation of the package indicates the estimated crank output this delivers, the dyno run allowed us to notice the machine delivers 849 hp and 711 lb-ft of twist at the rear wheels.

While it might sound odd to call Hennessey an anti-discrimination tool, that title seems fitting, since the Lone Star State developer likes to take most of the cars it gets its hands on to 1,000 ponies. And sometimes beyond that point.

As a result, you can enjoy your nicely rounded four-figure output in a Z06 or in a C7, while the same can be said about the developer's take on the  2016 Camaro SS and the upcoming 2017 Camaro ZL1.

Returning to Hennessey's Z06 program, the tuner has also though about customers looking for a more... restrained approach, which is where the company's 750 hp, 800 hp and 850 hp packages come into play. However, you should know Hennessey's warranty varies depending on the level of muscle being offered, with the 1,000 hp version only getting a one year/12,000-mile coverage.

Nevertheless, if you're aiming for the 1000-pony top dog, here are the full contents of the package:

• High-flow Supercharger System
• Forged Pistons
• Forged Steel Rods
• Custom HPE Camshaft
• Ported Cylinder Heads
• Upgraded Fuel Injectors
• Upgraded Fuel System
• High Flow Intercooling System
• Intercooler Heat Exchanger Upgrade
• Long-tube Stainless Steel Headers
• Stainless Steel Midpipes
• High Flow Catalytic Converters
• All Necessary Gaskets & Fluids
• Professional Installation
• HPE Engine Management Calibration
• Dyno Tuning & Road Testing
• Serial-Numbered Dash & Engine Plaques
• Hennessey Exterior Badging
• Hennessey Premium Floormats

P.S.: The video below also contains engine compartment footage and seeing that modded LT4 doing its job can easily give one goosebumps.
