No doubt ready to create a stir at the upcoming Essen Motor Show, the ABT version of the Audi RS6 Avant has landed in Spain, where the local four-ringed auto club decided to see if it's a sprinter.
If you're the "it's impossible to reach 100 km/h in 3 seconds" type of person, you need to watch how fast this monster accelerates. Left to its own devices, the RS6 would have 560 PS, but thanks to €12,000 worth of tuning equipment, the car now puts down 700 horsepower and only needs to crunch three gears before 100 km/h. Because the car also gets 880 Nm of torque, ABT deserves a pat on the back, but Audi also deserves its fair share of respect, since it put together such an awesome biturbo V8.

“Our version of the Audi RS6 Avant is striking without being overbearing, is understated and setting technical standards“, says Hans-Jürgen Abt.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
