Improvements such as the billet wheels, the cut and sew seats with custom 15th stitching, chromed saddlebag rails, the standard Garmin GPS, a state-of-the-art audio system with AM/FM/XM radio,iPhone/iPod cord and Kicker Premium speakers, and a chromed trunk luggage rack differentiate it from the base Cross Country Tour and increase its touring capabilities.

Also, the visuals are dominated by lots of chrome embellishments and a special paint scheme, that replicates the paint of the first Victory motorcycle ever built, plus lots of 15th Anniversary decals. A numbered dash badge was individually fitted on all of the 150 units built.
