The 2009 MY Victory Vegas 8-Ball comes as a more aggressive and edgy alternative to the usual Victory cruisers, with a blacked-out appearance. New, Stingray wheels, which are 15.7 lbs lighter, as well as a more bright LED taillight have been added, as opposed to its previous embodiments.
