The 2009 MY Victory Kingpin is suitable for both younger and more nostalgic riders, alike, thanks to the successful blend of classic and modern cruiser elements. It sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 1634cc, 50-degree V-twin powerhouse and six-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Unlike its previous embodiments, the 2009 MY has new cast Stingray wheels, which are 13.8 lbs lighter, as well as a revised headlight and LED taillight, which make for an overall sager two-wheeler, when riding at night. Other features such as the race-inspired inverted forks, the classic flared fenders, the rider full floorboards, as well as the comfortable riding position only add to the desirability of this machine among Victory fans, and not only.
