The 2015 MY Vespa Primavera 50 is a new scooter, designed by the Italian engineers for novice and young riders who want a taste of the two-wheeler world, without the hassle of applying for a special licence. At its heart lies an air-cooled, four-stroke, 49cc, single cylinder Hi-PER4 lump paired to a continuous variable transmission (CVT), which ensures optimum power delivery for darting through city traffic or narrow alleys. It boasts a 40 mpg top speed and a fuel range of 90 miles per gallon, which makes it one of the most economic and environment-friendly machine in its class. Style-wise, it follows the Vespa recipe of timeless design to the letter.
