In 2015, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer introduced the Moto Guzzi Eldorado, a cruising motorcycle designed as an alternative to the American power cruisers. It addresses riders who prefer a European-built machine that retains the visual aspect of American two-wheelers.

Although it was made using the American recipe of cruiser motorcycles, the Moto Guzzi Eldorado has the Italian race-breed pedigree complemented by the latest technologies created by the House of Mandello del Lario. In addition, the bike was fitted with the most significant European V-twin engine available at the time.

The cruiser motorcycle was built around a closed double-cradle steel tubing frame with elastic-kinematic engine mountings that isolated vibrations. A 46 mm telescopic fork handled the front suspension, while the rear end was handled by twin adjustable shock absorbers.

In the braking department, its 16-inch wheels were fitted with dual 320 mm stainless steel floating discs, four-piston Brembo calipers on the front, and a 282 mm stainless steel fixed disc tied to a dual-piston Brembo caliper on the rear.

As for the power figures, the 2015 Moto Guzzi Eldorado had its heartbeat set by a large 1,380cc four-stroke V-twin air/oil-cooled engine managed by a fuel injection system, boasting 96 hp with a peak force at 6,500 rpm and 121 Nm (89 lb-ft) torque at 2,750 rpm.
