The BJ 250 Estrella launched mainly for the Japanese home market in 1996 is a single overhead camshaft single cylinder two valve four-stroke. The retro design has proven popular in Japan, with a great many after market customising and tuning goodies available form Japanese tuning companies like Daytona and Over Racing.
The more comfortable as the seats are thick and soft, buttocks and waist were still comfortable despite passing road damage. Sense of comfort is also supported by the soft suspension, then to the factory default settings alone number 2 is still fitted. Tires with tread the old school of Bridgestone Accolade intermediate grip in various road conditions fairly good. Through the wet dirt roads are also not slippery.
The Kawasaki Estrella, also known as the BJ 250, is a bike which was original introduced in 1992 and was build in Germany, but it’s a pretty rare bike here in Europe. From the 2000 and on the main target market of this bike was Asia.
In 1996, the Estrella BJ 250C2 replaced the single seater BJ 250 in the Kawasaki Deutschland program. It was at the same time the last officially imported version of the Estrella to Germany. At first sight the German Estrella hardly differed from the Japanese. The most distinctive distinguishing features between German and Japanese BJ 250C2 are the round mirrors and the larger round turn signals. The taillight and number plate holders are also different.
