The 2008 MY Gas Gas EC 250 is a middle-class off-road machine that is powered by a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerhouse, paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can reach a maximum power output of 50 horsepower and 46 Nm of torque.
In addition, the Spanish engineers have fitted it with a 45mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic fork, a race-inspired Ohlins monoshock with a progressive linkage as a rear suspension, a single seat, an under-seat exhaust system, a race-like livery, analogue instrumentation dials and laced wheels with off-road tires mounted on them.
