The 2009 Can-Am Outlander MAX 800R is the perfect blend between a powerful ATV and comfort-oriented vehicles, all in an off-road oriented package, meant for two. Sporting all the acclaimed and proven characteristics of the Can-Am off-road machines, the MAX 800R can offer a good time on both paved and unpaved roads, forest trails included. The passenger backrest can also be removed for installing a cargo box or other work-related accessories, when riding solo.
Easy to operate thanks to the automatic transmission and with intuitive controls, the 2009 Can-Am Outlander MAX 800R needs a push of a button to switch between 2WD and 4 WD, while the auto-locking front differential helps distribute power better for passing over obstacles. Independent suspensions and generous ground clearance are also worthy features.
