The 2012 Can-AM DPS 650 is a better-equipped version of the base Outlander 650 model, sporting Dynamic Power Steering, a critical upgrade for exceptional maneuverability in pretty much any conditions. The revised pivot points in the chassis geometry also enhances directional control and offers better stability through corners for a more pleasant, less fatiguing ride.

The 2012 Outlander DPS 650 is powered by a 650cc-class v-twin power plant, coupled to an automatic, dual-ratio transmission and offering selectable 2/4WD. Obstacles are negotiated with ease thanks to the Visco-lock QE automatic differential locking, while the engine braking ensures safer steep descents.

A digitally-encoded key offers increased anti-theft security while generous luggage racks and a watertight storage compartment make the 2012 Outlander DPS 650 a nifty adventure machine.
