The 2011 Can-Am Outlander 800R XT is a beast well-prepared for the roughness of the forest trails and other unwelcoming roads. It sports a powerful heavy-duty WARN winch, solid rear and front bumpers, hand protectors and cast aluminium wheels with machined detail and the top-notch Dynamic Power Steering dramatically improving directional control when the going gets tough. And the solid front and rear bumpers are standard, too.
Multi-function digital instrumentation, an encoded key and easy-to-use dual-ratio automatic transmission are also standard, just like the selectable 2/4WD with locking front differential, reverse and engine braking.
This ATV also sports generous steel racks which can accommodate up to 136 kg (300 lbs) and this makes the 2011 Can-Am Outlander 800R XT an excellent vehicle for longer trips, as well.
