The 2011 Can-Am Commander 1000 is a big-bore off-road exploration machine which can also be used for racing purposes. Its massive liter-class v-twin EFI engine delivers all the needed power and torque to carry two riders and luggage across the toughest trails, dirty, unsealed roads and even sand dunes, providing dependable performance in a variety of conditions.
Top-notch ventilated brakes are great match for the standard engine braking and ensure safer descent on steep gradients. The front auto-locking differential is also a great addition to the dual-ration automatic transmission with selectable 2/4WD. And with a massive 272 kg loading capacity for the dual cargo boxes, the 2011 Can-Am Commander 1000 can also carry a lot of work-related or camping gear, as needed.
