The BMW G 310 GS was developed by BMW and TVS Motor Company of India as an entry-level dual-sport motorcycle.

BMW announced in 2013 the collaboration with motorcycle manufacturer TVS for the production of a series of sub-500cc bikes. The BMW G 310 GS the sister model of the BMW G 310 R, was BMW’s first time developing a sub-500cc bike. Under the cod-name BMW K03, given by the first collaborative product of BMW-TSV, it started as a test bike developed in India and sent to Germany for further testing and modifications.

The GS is an adventure motorcycle that can be also used away from paved roads and will give a comfortable ride thanks to the GS ergonomics and high-quality equipment. It has a powerful 313cc engine based on a single cylinder that now is available with E-GAS, which makes the acceleration significantly better. The GS develops 33 bhp (25 kW) and a torque of 28 Nm (21 lbs-ft) that will take it to a max speed of 143 kph (88 mph).

A great feature is the automatic idle which makes the engine run very stable when you start. Everything is going to be under control, thanks to the clutch and brake levers that can be easily adjusted for all types of hands.
