The 2011 MY Bimota DB5 has, at its heart, an air/oil-cooled, four-stroke, 1078cc, desmodromic V-Twin poweplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission that can produce a claimed 98 horsepower and 103 Nm of torque.
The key features for this machine would be the fully-adjustable, upside-down front fork, the adjustable mono-shock rear suspension, a full-fairing with carbon-fiber elements and a windscreen, a Brembo braking system with dual 298mm discs in the front and a single disc in the rear, the OZ forged-aluminium wheels, which reduce its unsprung weight, plus a single seat.
