BENELLI BN 600R (2014-2015) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2014, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli BN 600R, a naked motorcycle created to satisfy the rider's needs. It was developed day by day to deliver excellent performance and quality.

The bike's aesthetic department was characterized by standard fittings, like a single headlight unit with a small wind deflector mounted on top, aggressive side panels, a two-piece dual seat with passenger grab handles, an under-seat-mounted exhaust system, and multi-spoke alloy wheels.

The 2014 Benelli BN 600R had its soul brought to life by a 600cc four-stroke liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine that delivered an output power of 82 hp with maximum strength at 11,000 rpm and 56 Nm (41 lb-ft) torque at 8,000 rpm.

The power generated by the engine was sent to the rear end via a six-speed manual gearbox controlled by a wet multi-disc clutch and a final chain drive.

The motorcycle was made around a mix of aluminum and steel frame, housing the suspension system comprised of a 50 mm inverted telescopic fork on the front and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear, providing excellent handling capabilities.

As for the stopping power, the bike's wheels were fitted with two 320 mm brake discs tied to four-piston calipers on the front and a 240 mm brake disc coupled to a dual-piston caliper on the rear.
