APRILIA RSV4 Factory APRC (2014-2015) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2014, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC, a race-grade motorcycle that featured the same package as the previous model. It packed the same technical, visual, and performance specifications without significant modifications.

The RSV4 Factory model was presented in 2008 at the International Piaggio Group Convention in Milan, Italy, and started production in the same year. It packed the company's first production four-cylinder engine at its core.

It packed the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) package as standard, which included Aprilia Traction Control (ATC), Aprilia Wheelie Control (AWC), Aprilia Launch Control (ALC), and Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS).

The bike had standard features in the visual department, including a half fairing with a small windscreen, a single seat, a four-into-one exhaust system with a silencer mounted on the right side, and 10-spoke lightweight alloy wheels.

As for the power figures, the 2014 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC had its soul brought to life by a 999cc four-stroke liquid-cooled V-4 engine that delivered an output power of 180 hp with a peak force at 12,500 rpm and 115 Nm (85 lb-ft) torque at 10,000 rpm.

The power generated by the powerhouse was transferred to a six-speed cassette-type transmission with a final chain drive, launching the motorcycle to a top speed of 291 kph (181 mph).
