In 2011, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer launched the Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC, the street version of the race bike, bringing the full extent of Aprilia's racing program technical advances. It packs the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC), a tool for discerning track day enthusiasts.

The APRC system can be adjusted to eight levels, being self-adjustable based on other types of tires, wheelie control, launch control, and electronic transmission. It was available with several new features.

Besides the APRC system, the bike packed Aprilia Traction Control, with selectable settings from a handlebar-mounted joystick, three-settings Aprilia Wheelie control, three-stetting Aprilia Launch Control, Aprilia Quick Shift control, a new lighter exhaust system, and a new rear tire.

In the power department, the 2011 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC had installed a 999cc four-stroke V-4-cylinder liquid-cooled powerhouse at its core, delivering an output power of 180 hp with a peak force at 12,500 rpm and 115 Nm (85 lb-ft) torque at 10,000 rpm.

The engine's power was driven through a six-speed cassette-type transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch with a mechanical slipper system and sent to the rear end via a final chain drive, launching the motorcycle to 291 kph (181 mph).

For stopping power, the bike relied on two 320 mm stainless steel floating discs coupled to four-piston Brembo calipers on the front and a 220 mm brake disc with a two-piston floating Brembo caliper on the rear.
