APRILIA Atlantic 300 (2012-2013) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Aprilia Atlantic 300 was a scooter part of the new Atlantic range that was presented in May 2010. The 300cc model replaced the older 250cc version and was powered by the Piaggio Quasar single-cylinder liquid-cooled powerplant.

In addition to the new 300cc engine, the scooter featured several visual modifications, such as the instrument panel, a new seat, and a new treatment on the plastics. The Atlantic 300 model was manufactured until 2014.

The scooter's visual department was similar to other Atlantic models, packing standard features, such as a dual headlight system, a tall windscreen, a one-piece dual seat, a luggage rack, a single exhaust system with a muffler mounted on the right-hand side, and five-spoke aluminum wheels.

It was made around a twin-cradle steel tube frame with a 35 mm hydraulic telescopic fork on the front that offered 105 mm of travel and a spring preload-adjustable shock absorber on the rear with 105 mm of travel.

As for the braking power, the scooter's wheels were fitted with a 240 mm brake disc coupled to a three-piston floating caliper and a 190 mm brake disc with a dual-piston caliper on the rear.

As for power, the 2012 Aprilia Atlantic 300 had its soul brought to life by a 278cc four-stroke single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 22 hp at 7,500 rpm and 24 Nm (18 lb-ft) torque at 5,750 rpm.
