As a kid, Alexandru remembers being driven around the block in a red Dacia 1310 by his personal driver (his uncle) any time he would visit. When he was around eight years young, Alexandru got the chance to ride shotgun in a neighbor’s Daewoo Matiz (basically a box of matches on wheels, still red), which made him feel like a million dollars.
The coup de grâce was seeing a Lamborghini Murcielago in all its yellow opulence parked outside of a café. He was hooked forever.
