t was then time for Citroen to catch up with the competition and enter the 4x4 market. Teaming up with Mitsubishi, Citroen released the C-Cross SUV in 2007, related to the Peugeot 4008 and the Mitsubishi Outlander.

The second vehicle to sport Citroen’s new styling after the C4 Picasso, the Citroen C-Crossed featured chevrons across the front end and large optics running up the fenders. The shape of the air intakes was less massive than the one on the Peugeot 4007, but larger than Mitshubishi’s.

At the rear, the 3 SUVs featured differently shaped taillights.

Inside, the C-Crosser was a true family car with its 5+2 seat configuration. The cabin was roomy for all occupants, fitted with lots of storage spaces. The cargo area was among the largest in the category.

Access to the 3rd row of seats was made easy with the fully-tilting and sliding 2nd row seats. If necessary, the 3rd row folded completely flat and expanded the cargo area.

With the new generation all-wheel-drive system, the C-Crosser could run permanently in 4WD offering maximum safety in all driving conditions.

Offering top-notch equipment, the Citroen C-Crosswer was available with a high-quality audio system, a navigation system, a reversing camera for easy manoeuvrings, Bluetooth connectivity and others.
