As the F10 M5 has a smaller, turbocharged, more powerful engine (quite a paradox, huh?) most owners go to aftermarket tuners for a custom exhaust system to achieve that hard tune everyone wants.
Most M5 owners (especially those that used to have the previous, E60 M5 with its V10 monster engine under the hood) complained that the turbocharged sound of the engine is horrendous and that something has to be done about it.
That's why almost every aftermarket parts manufacturer created a special exhaust for BMW's sports sedan. The owner of this Monte Carlo Blue Bimmer made no exception and went to European Auto Source to get one.
He went for Eisenmann's Race exhaust with quad 102 mm (4 inches) pipes and a deep, aggressive tone. The rated power increase from the exhaust only should be somewhere around 5%.
Since he was inside EAS's garage, the car also received iND's cosmetic package (blacked out kidney grilles and fender gills) and that was it. Another happy customer. Gotta love that Blue!
