OK, you got me on this one. I'm usually not much of a fan of Japanese cars, especially if they're SUVs, but this Lexus is special. First of all, I found the exterior color to be absolutely gorgeous, while that beige leather interior is simply superb. The overall design of the car is also astonishing.
Simply perfection on wheels, what else can I say? Second of all, can you imagine the fact that I had all these opinions before actually driving it? How weird is that, especially for me? After I drove it all my opinions were reinforced, while others appeared.
Oh, there's a third of all as well actually. The guys told me that the RX is Japanese, but it was initially conceived for the American market, while also being manufactured in Canada. And now it's also sold in Europe. So this is like a world car, perfect for everyone. Anyway, I have to admit that I wasn't expecting to feel so comfortable in it.
Can you even imagine what it's like to drive a car whose seats are more like fluffy pillows that actual car seats, and which doesn't make a sound while cruising around the neighborhood? It's unbelievably comfy! The experience was similar to what a magic carpet ride must feel. And I've always wanted to rub an Alladin's lamp you know... hee hee!
Plus, it even has a head-up display system, like fighter jets, and it has not one, not two, but three engines to get it moving! I didn't exactly feel the humongous power increase given by a set of two extra engines but still, it's nice to know they're there. All in all, I can't say that I'm deeply in love with it or anything, but the RX 450h is one of the very few (if not the only) Japanese SUV I would let one of my boyfriends buy for me.
