Wow! This is new! An ugly French car named after a dead painter. When will Citroen ever stop designing weird caskets on wheels like this? Don't they ever learn that controversial design only works for odd people? And I like to think that the percentage of normal people is higher than for the odd ones.
Anyway, I never liked minivans and I always hated how the Popemobile looks, so the fact that I don't like how Citroen C3 Picasso's exterior should come as no surprise. I mean just look at it! It looks like a crossbreed between a hearse for very fat midgets and a golf cart with windows.
Speaking of windows, doesn't anyone think they're a bit too many on a single car? Is Citroen trying to bake its customers using sunlight? Plus, with so many glass areas there was little room for me to knock on.
This is why I was a little surprised to find out that the engine comes straight from the MINI, although not from the Cooper S, sadly. Either way, that is probably the only thing I like about the C3 Picasso. The fact that the engine was co-designed by my favorite car manufacturer: BMW.
Other than that, and maybe the fact that you can haul a lot of moonshine and even hide a little of it in the various storage compartments inside, there's nothing for me to desire about it. It's French, it's ugly, it has a weird name and it has more windows than my homemade computer. No, thank you!
