And just when you thought the most expensive iPhone 6 could not cost more than $2.7 million, it hits you. Not only have we found a smartphone with a jaw-dropping price, but we actually realized it costs more than the highest priced car ever sold at auction, which is a red 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta.
You guys will have to pardon us, but we actually made a little doo-doo here. The other day, we wrote about the luxury iPhone 6 designed by British jeweler Alexander Amosu, which is going to cost $2.7 million, which is about the same as you’d need to buy three hybrid supercars, the LaFerrari, Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1, all at once.

We found, however, yet another smartphone way more expensive than the one Apple Commissioned the British jeweler with. We are referring to the smartphone edition built by US-based company Falcon, that has announced its own iPhone 6 bespoke collection. Split into two separate collections named “Bespoke” and “SuperNova,” Falcon has introduced a total of 21 customized versions of the Apple’s recently unveiled smartphone with the prices starting at a mere $2.25 million. Yep, starting.

At that amount of money you’ll only get the platinum iPhone 6, one that features an emerald cut diamond studded on the rear plate. However, the “SuperNova” collection is truly insane in figures. The cheapest in the opulent collection is $32.5 million, while the top-of-range comes for $48.5 million. What will the most expensive smartphone on Earth offer you? Well, a rose gold iPhone with a pink diamond on the back. Oh, and at these prices the company also offers a lifetime warranty on defects and its own concierge service.

Other put, the most expensive iPhone 6 on the market costs more than the red 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta. The extremely rare classic sportscar was snapped up for $38.1 million in California, recently. This makes it the most expensive car ever sold at auction, replacing the former 1954 Mercedes-Benz W196R Formula 1 model, bought in Britain last year do $30 million.
