The Porsche 911 comes in a multitude of forms, catering for the needs of multiple categories of drivers. You can choose between a coupe, a cabrio and a targa version, four-wheel-drive or rear-wheel-drive, as well as multiple levels of power.

Going past the show-off and cruising incarnations of the car, we reach the range’s stratosphere. One of the vehicles that can be found here is the 911 GT2 RS.

We are talking about a beast that packs 620 hp and 700 Nm and has the balls to say no to the Turbo version’s all-wheel-drive system. The vehicle manages to hit 62 mph in 3.5 seconds and offers a top speed of 330 km/h (205 km/h).

So, what can you do if you want to go even deeper into the performance woods? The obvious answer is to turn to an aftermarket developer. Today, we are presenting you Wimmer RS’s idea of a 911 GT2. The German tuner is offering an engine modification kit that takes the vehicle’s game to a new level.

The vehicle’s 3.6 liter six-cylinder boxer unit has been gifted with updated turbochargers, a performance air filter, a new air intake, a valve-controlled sports exhaust with sport catalysts, as well as with an ECU remap. The powerplant now produces 703 hp and a peak torque of 810 Nm.

This means that the vehicle only needs 3.3 seconds to leave the 62 mph mark behind and plays with the 0 to 124 mph (200 km/h) sprint in 9.5 seconds (0.3 seconds faster than stock). If the driver keeps on playing, the car will hit 356 km/h (221 mph).

Before we end the story, we have to remind you that the 911 GT2 RS is a limited edition model, with all the 500 units already sold out.
