It's so dang hard to find something truly original these days. I mean, even Justin Biever has a custom widebody Ferrari that looks like a drift car. But it's safe to say that there's nothing on Earth like this Widebody kit for the Toyota 86 from Kuhl Racing.

A couple of months ago, I bought a Dremel tool. It was on sale for $40, and I just had to try it. Even though it hasn't been used that much, thanks to it I can now easily tell that this custom Toyobaru was crafted using a Dremel high-speed drill.

This tuning project is the demo of what can be achieved, so it's fitted with everything its designers thought would look good. Besides the Kuhl Racing body kit, the other major component is the paintjob by Artis.

We call it a paintjob, but it's more like a work of art that took several hundreds of hours to complete. Those flowing lines on the hood were done by hand using the Dremel tool I mentioned. And on top of that, you've got a candy apple red paintjob which the GT 86 doesn't deserve.

The mods are very expensive, even by Japanese standards. Just look at the exhaust system and tell us if you've seen anything like that. We have, but it was on a $200,000 Nissan GT-R, and it's mostly made of titanium.

Air suspension? Check. Falcon tires and custom concave wheels? Check. Oh, and check out all the custom LEDs, which include headlights that wouldn't fit on a stock GT 86. Everything, from the carbon wing to the grille just screams 'attention to detail.'

You can now buy the full body kit and probably even install it on the Subaru BRZ. But it's up to you to decide in which crazy way to paint or even wrap the car.
