Watch Nicki Minaj's Lamborghini Aventador Getting Wrapped in Pink

Right between September, 30th when we learned Nicki Minaj got the Aventador Roadster, and October 16th, when the car emerged in pink, a bit of customization magic happened.

The singer and entrepreneur likes her cars pink, and she likes them bold. We never saw how her Lambo went from blue to the color of cotton candy… until now.

The project was a collaboration between Exotic Euro Cars, West Coast Wrappers and Forgiato. The former is responsible for the pink wrap and have recently released this stop-motion clip showing us how much work went into this real world Barbie car.

All in all, at least $30,000 must have gone into the transformation, which would explain why it was on show at SEMA this year.

If you’re not a fan of the genre (which we’re quite sure you are not), we'll take a couple of minutes to decipher the artist’s passion for the color. Hey, Aerosmith did a song with the same name, but it was a whole bunch of different than this one. But we’ll take one thing at a time.

Nicki Minaj was born in Saint James, Trinidad and Tobago and raised in South Jamaica, Queens, New York. Minaj earned public attention after releasing three mixtapes between 2007-2009, at what point she managed to seal a deal with Young Money Entertainment. Guess what’s the name of the album that send her up to the A-list young artists? Pink Friday, of course. It hit the stores three years ago and peaked at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200. It also spawned the top-three single “Super Bass”.

Then, there’s her second album Nicki Minaj released last year. Guess how this one was called. Yep, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. This one also topped the chart, and its lead single “Starships” peaked at number five on the Billboard Hot 100. We have this wild feeling that her next studio album will have the word pink in it.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
