The Volvo V40 is as fresh as fresh can be when it comes to a car and now the vehicle has received its first tuning package, with Volvo-focused aftermarket developer Heico Sportiv previewing a modification kit for the car.
It all starts with Heico’s ECU module for the new T5 engine, which boosts the engine from 240 to 270 hp, while the torque is increased from 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) to 365 Nm (269 lb-ft). The ECU module, which also allows the vehicle to offer an extra 5 km/h (3 mph) in terms of top speed, is offered with a five-year warranty.
The Heico Sportiv Volvo V40 can be recognized by the exterior package, which includes a front fascia, side skirts, as well as a rear fascia, which integrates a diffuser and quadruple oval exhaust pipes. The tuner also added a set of lightweight alloy rims, which come with a seven-spoke design.
